Engage Member CEOs Through Shift to Virtual Programming
A non-profit community of executives who embrace business as a force for good, the Higher Ambition Leadership Alliance relied on its annual CEO Summit to connect with its member CEOs in person. In the wake of coronavirus closures, the team had to make the transformation to virtual in weeks. It was critical that the new programming carry forward the high-trust, personalized environment members expect. Quickstep helped design a series of virtual events on issues with currency for CEOs. Featured roles for member executives, small group break-outs, and thoughtfully facilitated discussions created new connections among the community.
